Pete is the founder of Fixer Upper Coach and is a native of RVA. His knowledge of construction and real estate stems from his career in various fields including Real Estate Brokerage, Construction, Property Management, and Long-Term Disaster Recovery. He is a proud daddy of three wonderful young ladies and husband to an amazing (and very patient) wife of over 20 years.

Honestly, I started Fixer Upper Coach, quite selfishly, to design a company around some of the things I have most enjoyed through my career - construction, real estate, and teaching. The latter is the best part of being a Coach. I get to take what I have learned over two decades of working in this industry and share it with my clients on a personal level - providing homeowner care throughout the construction process."
Jeff was the first person added to the Fixer Upper Coach team when the company started gaining traction. His experience in managing various projects, and more importantly, managing numerous subcontractors effectively, is extremely valuable to the Coaching services. He is surrounded by his awesome wife and kids who have been an incredibly supportive part of his work as a Coach.
